Based in New York City, MiDoctor Urgent Care is a premium emergency care clinic that provides high-quality patient care with state-of-the-art technology. With the surge in Coronavirus cases in the fall of 2021, MiDoctor knew it was vital to get public safety information out fast and efficiently. While MiDoctor offered some of the best care in the region, their visibility amongst consumers was low. MiDoctor partnered with Interdependence to drive media exposure with the goal to increase awareness, position its executives as thought leaders in the space and to get timely information out surrounding COVID-19 quickly.
Time was of the essence as the Coronavirus was mutating quickly and updates to public health concerns was changing daily. We focused on addressing the most provocative updates, treatment trends and vaccine stories regarding the evolving COVID story to drive interest and media engagement. In addition to growing the brand’s thought leadership, positioning Drs. Vino Palli and Christina Zhang as COVID experts, Interdependence also leveraged the opening of the new Manhattan and Queens MiDoctor clinic locations to boost media exposure.
